0.5 | dl | Cacao |
0.5 | dl | Icing sugar |
1 | dl | A38/ymer or yougurt natural |
1 | Eggs | |
1 | dl | Liquid magarine |
1 | tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |
1 | tsp | Vanilliepulver |
1.25 | dl | Milk |
100 | g | Chopped chocolate |
220 | g | Sugar |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Stina Hjortshøj:)
To prepare the Stina Hjortshøj:) recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. switch on the oven at 200 degrees
2. chop the chocolate (like a little large pieces)
3. Mix all the dry indgridienser together with 1/2 the chocolate in a bowl
4. Mix all the wet indgridiensen together in another Bowl (beat with a whisk)
5. mix the wet and dry together in a bowl to the looks good:) (do not use the electric beater!)
6. butter the molds into the margarine and then with breadcrumbs
7. put the dough into the moulds and advantage the rest of the chocolate onto the dough well they are in the molds.
8. Bake for 15-18 min. in an hot air oven (slightly longer at alm. heat.)

Glassur
Mix the cream is, Cacaoen and flourmelisen together in a freezer bag
make a hole in the bag in a corner and dekurer muffinsene (dekurer the first when muffinsene is cold):)
