Instructions for Stikkelsbær Compote with elder flower

To prepare the Stikkelsbær Compote with elder flower recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rinse and nip gooseberry and mix them with lemon juice and sugar in a saucepan. Bring slowly to a boil, covered. Remove the lid and let it cook through. Sprinkle elder-flowers in and let it simmer for Compote – about 5 mins.
