Instructions for Squash pie with mozzarella cheese

To prepare the Squash pie with mozzarella cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bottom: Ingredients kneaded together and the dough rolled out and put in a pie dish. Tart bottom pre-baked approx. 10 minutes in a hot oven 200 degrees C.

Saute the squash, onions and garlic in the olive oil and season with salt. Put the stuffing in the pre-baked crust.
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over squash mixture.

Bake at 200 degrees C in 30-35 minutes, until filling is set.
