Ingredients for Squash / fennel soup

2.5 | dl | Chicken broth |
20 | g | Butter |
200 | g | Shrimp and/or 1 pk. bacon cubes |
450 | g | Squash |
50 | g | Onion |
Instructions for Squash / fennel soup
To prepare the Squash / fennel soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the vegetables roughly. Put the vegetables and curry in the butter. Add broth, cream, salt and pepper, put on the lid and cook the vegetables for 10 minutes. Turn off the hob and cook ready approx. 5 min at the aftermath.
Cooking time totaling approx. 15 min. (The vegetables must be very tender)
Purify the soup in a blender.
For starters, the soup is cooled and served with cold prawns and coarse (like Italian roasted baked bread).
For the main course, the hot sprinkle is served with hard-bacon and possibly. prawns. Also served with coarse bread.
tips:
This soup is FANTASTIC. Nothing less. I got it served at my cousin and thought - oh fennel - ad. But my mind would be ashamed. This beautiful green soup is a wonder that even my vegetable-loving daughter loves. And best of all, it's SO easy to do and takes no time. We got it served as a cold starter with shrimps that are very delicious, but have even experimented with serving it warm with super sweet salmon bacontern. Yum! I have been a worshiped hostess because of this soup. :) Good luck (not needed)
