To prepare the Sprouted roasted onions recipe, please follow these instructions:
Raw onion pills and cut into slices divided into 4. Slices should preferably be even thick. Sort the slightest pieces as they will fall through the eyes or turn black too fast during the frying.
Bring the onions in a metal jar and rinse with water, then shake them in a plastic bucket with a sprig of flour for each onion. Back in view to get the excess flour off and then in the cooking oil. It's important to get the moisture out of the bulbs so the oil does not get too hot (if the oil is too hot you get black soft onion). When the bulbs start to color, turn them in flour on a plate of kitchen roll (sprinkle flour first) and Returned to the oil where they were cooked to a golden color. They are done when they almost do not bubble more. Take off the oil and cool on the kitchen roll, salt sprinkle on.
Store under cover in refrigerator.
