250 | g | Frozen hk. Spinach |
50 | g | Yeast |
6 | dl | Lukewarm water |
800 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Spinach Bread
To prepare the Spinach Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Make two portions of dough, one white one green: Dip spinach and heat it up with 2½ dl water. Stir 25 g of yeast out, add ½ teaspoon salt and approx. Half of the flour. Eel and let it rise for 30-40 min. Eat the rest for the white dough and allow it to rise for 30-40 minutes. Divide the two pieces into two pieces each and roll them out to rectangles. Put them together two and two - green and white - and roll them together. Replies to the record with the collection down 20 min. Scratch with a knife and bag at the bottom of the oven approx. 15 min. At 250º. Turn down to 175º and behind for another 20 minutes. Freeze-suited.
