Ingredients for Spicy cabbage
1 | Udkernet, red chilli, finely chopped | |
1 | tbsp | Fish sauce |
12 | Black peppercorns | |
125 | g | Finely chopped, lean pork |
2 | Finely chopped shallots | |
2 | tbsp | Vegetable oil |
3 | dl | Coconut milk |
500 | g | Fintsnittet cabbage |
Instructions for Spicy cabbage
To prepare the Spicy cabbage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the peppers into a wok or sauté pan with lid for 2 minutes until the flavors are released. Add oil and mustard tooth and lightning for 3 minutes. Stir the chopped pork in and lightning for 1 minute. Add the cabbage and lightning for 3 minutes. Add the coconut milk and boil, lay on and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the lid from the forehead and cook for 8-10 minutes until the cabbage is tender. Stir fish sauce in and serve the dish with chopped chopped chilli.
