To prepare the Spanish vegetarian pizza recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oven to 210 degrees. A baking sheet is brushed with oil.
Bottom: Dough, sugar and flour are mixed in a large bowl. The water is stirred gradually. The dough is taken out on a crispy table and kneaded until it is soft and elastic. Put in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with a dish. The dough raises in a warm place until it has a double size, about 15 minutes.
Fill: Spinate in a saucepan and steam at low heat for approx. 3 minutes. Pour the wheat off and let the spinach cool. Press excess wash out with your hands.
The oil is heated in a small pan and the onion and garlic sautéed for 5-6 minutes. Add tomatoes and pepper and cook for 5 minutes
The dough is thrown down and pelted briefly on a messy table. Then roll it thinly and lay over onto the baking sheet. Spread the spinach, tomato sauce and chopped olives evenly across the surface.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve hot or cold.
