Instructions for Spanish torskefad
To prepare the Spanish torskefad recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes peeled, skiveres (1 cm.) and boil almost tender.
The water is poured off and the potatoes are distributed in ovenproof dish.
Chop the onions into small cubes and resolved on the forehead and then add peeled tomatoes.
Cod fillets are distributed on the potatoes and the onion and tomato mixture poured over.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and place the slices over the cheese so that it eventually covers.
The dish is put in convection oven at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes.
