Ingredients for Southern chicken
0.25 | tsp | Nymalt pepper |
1 | Small bag of frozen peas | |
1 | Small bag of maize grain | |
1 | pinch | Saffron |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1 | Great chicken | |
2 | dl | Sour cream |
2 | Tomatoes | |
2 | tbsp | Whiskey or brandy |
2-3 | tbsp | Butter or margarine |
Instructions for Southern chicken
To prepare the Southern chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Share the chicken into serving pieces. Rub it in with a mixture of salt, pepper and saffron, and Brown the meat. Pour the Whiskey or brandy over and turn on with a stick. When the flames have died away, helles 3 tbsp. sour cream over. Just before the meat is done, add tomato, corn and peas, as well as both the rest of the sour cream. Hot well and season with salt and pepper. Serve with bread and green salad.
