Instructions for Solbaerrom
To prepare the Solbaerrom recipe, please follow these instructions:
The currants are sipped (preferably large berries) and rinsed, they are dripping well and then put in a large bowl and covered with half-cooked cold water and half Brøndum Snaps. This is for 14 days covered and under pressure (the wearers must be under the guard). Then the juice is said. Per liter of juice you need: 350 g sugar and 1 - 2 dl. Room (preferably at least 40%). The sugar is piped into the juice when it is melted, you get room. Then pour it into bottles and store for at least 3 months.
