Ingredients for Sofrito
1 | tbsp | Finely chopped garlic |
1.25 | dl | Olive oil |
100 | g | Ham, diced |
12 | Green olives without stones | |
125 | g | Mushroom |
2 | tbsp | Finely chopped peeled almonds |
2 | Small green pebere diced | |
3 | dl | Finely chopped onion |
4 | Tomatoes |
Instructions for Sofrito
To prepare the Sofrito recipe, please follow these instructions:
The Green olive chicken in boiling water and pour them in a sieve.
Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Scald the tomatoes, remove the skins and seeds and cut them into cubes.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add the onion, garlic and bell pepper and sauté it until onions are clear, they do not turn brown.
Then add the other ingredients, stirring and it's all cooked on a low heat for a smooth mass.
