75 | g | Cream cheese, plain |

To prepare the Smoked salmon roll with salmon mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:
First mousse: Salmon (like salmon residues) cut into small pieces, the egg is cooked and chopped chives be cut. Stir all the ingredients for the mousse, together in a bowl.
Lay salmon slices with a little overlap in the extension of each other on a piece of plastic film. Benefit salmon mousse on top and roll the discs about mousse. Twist the ends of the plastic film, and pak then roll into a piece of plastic wrap. Put the reel in the freezer.
Take out of freezer about 1 hour before it will be used, and cut into ca. 1 cm thin slices while it is frozen. If you are not using the entire roller, the rest only in the freezer again for the next team customers.
Slices served with a little salad and watercress, and a piece of delicious bread.
