100gBacon, diced
3tbspOlive oil
4clPort wine
4tbspWine vinegar
500gFresh spinach

To prepare the Smoked goose or duck salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat ½ tbsp oil in a frying pan. Brown bacon browned. Boil the pan with port wine and vinegar. Cook until the liquid is half evaporated. Meanwhile, mix the spinach and remaining oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the goose breast, bacon and spinach in and turn around.
