2Yellow onions in coarse pieces (ca. 150 g)
25gButter
3Bay leaves
3dlWater
400gGround beef (about 6% FAT)
800gMealy potatoes into coarse pieces

Let half of the butter become golden in a saute pan. Step the meat approx. 5 min. Until it crumbles and changes color. Bring the meat and melt the rest of the butter with high heat, but it does not burn. Season onions and celery for approx. 3/5 min. Add potatoes, water, bay leaves and peppers. Boil the dish with low heat and lower for approx. 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender - stir occasionally. Stir well in the last few minutes. So the potatoes peel.
