1 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
1 | can | Jaka bov (ca. 400 gr.) |
1 | tsp | Salt |
100 | g | Margarine |
2 | tsp | Sugar |
200 | g | Butter |
3 | dl | Milk |
40-50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Skinkehorn 03
To prepare the Skinkehorn 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Milk lunes, margarine added. After letting cool, stir the remaining ingredients, the dough is brought out on the table and kneaded until it can just stick together (do not stick), set to rise approx. ½ hour, divided into 4 servings. Each serving is rolled out with a cake roll to a circle, which is then divided into 8 triangles (like a layer cake). On each triangle, add 1 tbsp. Of the filling. Then, from the wide end, turn each horn (remember to close the ends well, otherwise the filling will run out when baked). Brush with egg and bake 10-12 minutes at 225 degrees.
These horns are good for a cup of tea, a glass of beer or just in "utide", they are very popular.
