2 | tsp | Chili flakes |

300 | g | Okra (purchased canned) |
400 | g | Tomatoes |
5 | dl | Fish broth |
600 | g | Large shrimp |
Instructions for Shrimp Gumbo (stew)
To prepare the Shrimp Gumbo (stew) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Came Okra and tomatoes into cubes in a pan. Bring to the boil while being touched. Let it simmer under a lid in 15 minutes. Meanwhile, fry the other vegetables in a little butter. After 2-3 minutes, add the garlic. Let the vegetables simmer for 20 minutes.
Pour the Orka and tomato mixture to the vegetables along with cajunkrydderi, Bay leaves, chilli, English sauce, tomato paste and pepper. Tube ca. 2-3 minuuter and add the broth and dark Roux.
