110 | g | Freshly grated coconut |
150 | g | Chopped onion |

4 | cm | Finely grated ginger |
4-5 | pcs | Strong, green, chopped chilies |
5 | clove | Finely chopped garlic |

Instructions for Shredded shark
To prepare the Shredded shark recipe, please follow these instructions:
The ragged shark bottles come in the small boiling water. If you can not get shark, you can use swordfish or tuna, ripped off. Then salt and turmeric in. Carefully stir. Let it boil slightly for 10-15 minutes.
In hot oil, cracked cinnamon and fennel seeds. Stir around and add the chopped onions. They must be stirred until they are slightly light brown. Then add the grated ginger, chili and garlic. It is also stirred until everything has become soft.
The sharks are now cooled a bit. You take a piece of it and strip it. You pick small bites off. It comes down to the onions and ginger. Salt is added. Then stir it around and cook on medium heat for approx. 10-15 minutes. After a quarter it must be fine dry.
Add freshly coconut and caribbean, chopped green coriander. Then stir well. At last, lime juice is added. Another stir, and then the dish is ready for serving.
