Instructions for Shooting Stars V
To prepare the Shooting Stars V recipe, please follow these instructions:
Steam the one plaice fillets in lightly salted water 2-3 minutes, until it is firm and has changed color. Panér the second fillet in egg and bread crumbs and FRY in browned margarine in the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the steamed and fried fish fillet in a deep glass or on a Roach. Creme fraiche to taste with paprika and cayenne pepper and favor it over along with caviar. Garnér with Norway lobster tails or shrimp and possibly. dill and lemon.
