To prepare the Seasoned oven baked salmon recipe, please follow these instructions:
The oven is preheated to 180 degrees C. Alm. oven.
Coarsely chopped peppers, chopped coriander, cumin, chilli powder, crushed garlic, white wine vinegar and salt mixed in a bowl.
The salmon is placed in a frying pan on a piece of silver foil that is big enough to be folded around the fish. Mix the mixture on top of the fish, spread butter bubbles over the pulp and fold the foil and carefully close all sides. Put the fish in the oven for 25 minutes or until the fish is tender.
Pour the fish gently out of the foil and place on a heated dish. It is covered and kept hot. The fish sieve contained in the foil must be stored.
The fishing power is poured through a sieve and into a bowl. It is mixed with cream and milk. Maizena and some of the fish water are mixed together in a saucepan and then mix the rest in. The sauce is boiled under stirring and boil for 1 minute. The sauce is seasoned with salt and pepper. Served to the fish, along with freshly cooked potatoes.
