1 | tbsp | Spice up treats such as thyme, oregano, basil-if they are fresh to be used more |
1 | tsp | Salt |
30 | g | Yeast |
5 | dl | Water |
Instructions for Seasoned foccacia
To prepare the Seasoned foccacia recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 250 degrees.
Pour lukewarm water, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, spices and salt into a bowl and crumble the yeast into the water. Stir in the bowl with a whipping until the yeast is completely stirred. Stir so slowly flour and finally knead until the dough is light and smooth. (I have deliberately not indicated how much flour you need because it depends on the quality and age of the flour - it is much better to feel like it). Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and form the bread as a 2-2 1/2 cm thick pancake. Make holes in the bread with a fork or with the knees. (If you have time, let the bread rise for 20-30 minutes). Brush the bread with olive oil and leave it in the oven for approx. 20 minutes until it's done.
