Instructions for Sconestrekanter
To prepare the Sconestrekanter recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl or food processor. Add the cottage and buttermilk and mix it to a fairly solid dough. Put the dough on a floured table and knead it with the flour.
