Instructions for Scalloped potatoes
To prepare the Scalloped potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.
Peel potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Cut mushrooms into thin slices and onions in rings. In a refractory dish lay a layer of potatoes. Mushrooms and onions are spread evenly over the layer and salt and pepper sprinkle over. Some salt needs to be used, but beware, because too much salt will destroy the dish. Continue to build more layers in the same way until all potatoes, onions and mushrooms are used and remember salt and pepper over each layer.
Whip an egg with it together with whipping cream. Crush the garlic and mix with mixture and pour the mixture over the potato dish and put it in the oven. Adding eggs to whip cream gives the dish a really nice texture.
After 50 minutes sprinkle the cracked cheese over the dish and place the dish in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese has melted and become slightly golden. Bon appetite :)
tips:
Splash strips or bacon in the tern can be sprinkled, which has become a little sprained in addition to each layer to make the dish a little more exciting.
