Instructions for Scallop, radish, cucumber and foam
To prepare the Scallop, radish, cucumber and foam recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the radish into thin slices.
Cut the cucumber into small balls.
Cook the cauliflower tenderly and purge it with a rod blender.
Addict salt.
Foam foamed before serving.
Shake the mussels for 2 minutes on one side and 1 on the other side.
