Instructions for Sate Ayam
To prepare the Sate Ayam recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the grill or the oven at 225 degrees. Put the grilles in soft water.
Start cleaning the chicken pieces. Cut the breasts into pieces of approx. 1 x 2 x 2 cm Mix garlic, red onions, turmeric, coriander and add salt and pepper as needed until a pulp is obtained. Brush the meat with the oil. Let the meat pull in the mixture for about 30 minutes. Get 3 to 4 pieces of chicken on each griddle. Bring the griddles to the grill or in the oven. Let them fry until the meat is tender and remember to turn them once.

The best result is achieved by making the dish on an open grill.
