Instructions for Saté with peanut sauce
To prepare the Saté with peanut sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the meat into long strips, 1 – 1 ½ cm thick and place them in a bowl. Stir the marinade together and pour it over the meat. Mix everything well and let it soak in the fridge at least an hour.
Put træpindene in cold water for 10 minutes.
Plug the marinated meat on sticks and turn all the time half a lap before the stick inserted through. There should be a piece of back of the stick that can be used for the shaft.
5-6 my satéen on a preheated Grill gril, ca. 6 cm from the embers. Turn them several times.
Serve with peanut sauce, which is stirred by ymer and peanut, and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
