Ingredients for Samosaer

Lemon or lime juice
Oil
Salt

2Finely chopped fresh green chili without seeds

225gFinely chopped roast lamb or chicken
225gLetkogte mixed vegetables, diced

Instructions for Samosaer

To prepare the Samosaer recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oil and sauté the onions in the pan until soft. Then add meat and vegetables while stirring.

Add the garlic, turmeric, chili and ginger, to taste with salt. Cook over low heat until it is cooked together.

Tilsær garam masala, scallion and cilantro leaves. Add a little lemon or lime juice. Stir and then turn off the heat.

Cut the dough into strips approximately 25 x 9 cm. A tablespoon of filling placed on the middle and folded in a triangle. Close the edges with a little water.

Put samosaerne on a greased baking sheet and bake them for about 8 minutes on each side.
