Ingredients for Sambal sauce

0.5dlUdkernet fresh strong red chilli chopped
0.5dlBoiling water
0.5tspSalt
0.5dlUdkernet dried strong red chilli
0.75dlChopped red onion
0.75dlHard-packed brown sugar
1.25dlMinced red bell pepper
2tbspMinced dried shrimp (or 1 tsp. anchovy paste)
2tspSalad oil
3tbspTamarind liquid concentrate or lime juice
3tbspMinced garlic

Instructions for Sambal sauce

To prepare the Sambal sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Put the dry chilies soak in boiling water until soft, about 10 minutes. Blend in blender to smooth mass.
