20Freshly cooked mussels
200gGreen bell pepper, diced
25gDried mushrooms, soggy and coarsely chopped

3dlWhite wine
300gSteamed salmon into cubes of 2 x 2 cm

To prepare the Salmon soup with mussels and mushrooms recipe, please follow these instructions:

Wash and clean the mussels well. Melt a little butter into a thickened pot. Put some onions until they are white, put the mussels in, pour white wine and fish broth and let it boil for approx. 8 minutes. The mussels that do not open are thrown away.
