3-4 kefir lime leaves
Salmon of approx. 200 gr. per person
1pcsFintsnittet red chilli
1tbspFish sauce
1tbspSugar
2dlCoconut milk
2tbspNeutral oil
4-5tbspRed Curry

Instructions for Salmon in red curry

To prepare the Salmon in red curry recipe, please follow these instructions:

Oil is heated to medium and red curry is added.
Heat through for approx. 1 minute and add coconut milk, fish sauce and sugar.
Salmon is added to the sauce and cooked for 15-25 minutes.
The salmon should flake when you press flat upwards with a fork.
The last minute is added gingerbread and chilli.
Serve with rice.
