To prepare the Salmon chops with mushroom sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
The salmon chops are scratched clean for dandruff on the sides. Sprinkle with salt. Let it take 5-10 min. The salmon pieces are turned into flour. The grease is put on a hot forehead. The fish rose here for approx. 5 min. on every side.
sauce:
The mushrooms are cleaned and rinsed, then cut into slices and swirled in a pan of 2 tablespoons. Margarine after which the flour is sprinkled. Then add the broth, cream and milk. Season with spices.
Salmon chops are served with mushroom sauce and possibly. A baked potato and salad.
