To prepare the Saffron mayonnaise recipe, please follow these instructions:
Saffron and white wine lunes map in a pan. Allow to cool. Beat the egg yolks with mustard, salt and pepper. Whisk the oil in little by little. Stir in Saffron. Server eventually cooled.
