Ingredients for Saffron Cake

Together the beaten egg for brushing
1Eggs
1gSaffron or 1 teaspoon. turmeric
dlLukewarm milk
25gTemperate yeast
50gFinely chopped sukat or raisins
50gIcing
50gSlipped finely chopped almonds
500gFlour
75gSoft margarine
75gSoft butter
75gSugar

Instructions for Saffron Cake

To prepare the Saffron Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir yeast into the milk and add saffron / turmeric, sugar and egg. Stir 1/3 of the flour into and mix the softened margarine well into the dough. Add the rest of the flour and knead the dough well until it drops and is smooth and smooth. Cover the dough with a reversed bowl and let it rise for approx. 40 minutes.

Stir butter and sugar lightly and creamy and mix almonds and sukat / raisins in.

Beat the dough and roll it out into a large square plate about 25-45 cm.

Grease dough plate with remonce and sprinkle sugar over. Roll the dough together and cut it into 10-12 equal pieces.

Butter a spring shape approx. 26 cm in diameter and put the pieces on top of it. Cover the cake and add it for approx. 20 min. Brush it with egg and bag it at 225º for approx. 20 minutes.

Server stays the cake freshly baked, otherwise it can be lunes for about 10-15 minutes at 150º.
