Instructions for Rye buns with carrot and sunflower
To prepare the Rye buns with carrot and sunflower recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the wet ingredients together (water and yeast).
Come there for carrots and all flour in - away from wheat flour.
Wheat flour is added slightly at a time until the desired consistency is achieved. Add the oil before the dough is done on the machine.
Having driven my machine and shortly before I added the sunflower seeds.
Raised 2 x 20 min.
Bake at 220 degrees in alm. Oven for about 12-15 min - depending on the size.
