25 | g | Yeast |
3 | tbsp | Oil |
3 | dl | Water |
300 | g | Wheat flour |
300 | g | Rye flour, wholemeal |

To prepare the Rye bread, Kirstens recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is poured into the lukewarm water. Syrup, oil, salt and finally add the two kinds of flour (flour gradually). Touched with a spoon. The dough was spelled blank on the table. Immediately form a thick sausage, put in a lubricated form (2 liters) and raise the coiled cover for approx. 1 hour.
Bake on the bottom groove at 200C for 40 minutes. Refills covered on a grid.
