1 | dl | Light syrup or honey |
1 | dl | Sesame seeds |
1.5 | dl | Flax seed |
1.5 | dl | Wheat bran |
1.5 | dl | Cracked rye kernels |
2 | dl | Grahams |
2 | dl | Wholemeal rye flour |
2 | tsp | Salt |
3 | dl | Sifting |
5 | dl | Wheat flour |
5 | tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |

To prepare the Rugboller 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
How to do it:
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl in the order they are listed.
Then put the balls on 1-2 baking sheet (s) covered with baking paper. Use two tablespoons dipped in hot water as the dough is very sticky.
Bag the balls for approx. 30 min in a 160 degree preheated hot air oven.
