Instructions for Roulade with Strawberry ice cream
To prepare the Roulade with Strawberry ice cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Purér strawberries, and whip pureen along with honey. Then whip the cream stiff with icing sugar, and stir Strawberry in cream pureen skimmed a little at a time. Freeze the mixture stirring-when it is half frozen, it is used as fill in rouladen.
Share the eggs in the whites and yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff with 5 tablespoons of the sugar, and mix then the remaining sugar and egg yolks in.

Roll the dough out on to a plate, and cover it again with half-frozen Strawberry ice cream. Roll the dough around the filling, the term icing sugar over the roulade wrap it in freezer film or a foil, and freeze it for at least six hours.
Slice the frozen roulade into slices just before serving.
