Instructions for Roulade
To prepare the Roulade recipe, please follow these instructions:
Makes the form ready by folding a piece of wax paper (ca. 35x45 cm.) 2 cm. inside along all edges. Insert the clip in the four corners, so that the edges are vertical. Beat the egg-whites VERY stiff with hÄnmixer.
Beat the egg-yolks with sugar and flip it in the stiff-whipped egg whites. Mix flour and salt, and turn it gently in egg mixture.
Wide dough into the mold, and behind the right at 225 degrees c. alm. oven at max. 10 min.
Turn the dough out on a sugar sprinkled baking paper. blotter the shape of the cake and swipe immediately filling.
Unroll rouladen together. Wrap it in the tracing paper, and let it lie in the join.
