1 | tsp | Sugar |
1 | tsp | Vanila |
1/2 | kg | Most strawberries |
1/2 | l | Rhubarb juice |
10 | leaves | Isinglass |
2 | dl | Whipping cream, whipped into foam |
Instructions for Rose Rand
To prepare the Rose Rand recipe, please follow these instructions:
The rinsed berries are sprinkled with sugar and Vanila and stand approx. 1 hour until the sugar is melted. The juice is poured from and mixed with rhubarb juice. It is seasoned with sugar and 1/4 teaspoon. Red fruit color can be stirred in. The soaked house leaf is melted in 1 dl of boiling water. Stir the juice. Mix the mixture in edge form and cool until it is stiffened. Shake the mold for a moment in boiling water. The edge is turned out. Mix the strawberries with lettuce whipped cream and lay in the middle.
