350 | g | Basmati rice |
4 | stems | Lemon grass |
500 | g | Beef sirloin into thin slices, ½ cm |

To prepare the Ronaldo's steaked beef on spider recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut garlic and white lemon grass and mix with brown dough, oyster sauce, salt and oil in a bowl. Pour 2/3 of marinade on a plate and place the meat for 15 minutes.
