The jam is poured into a sieve. The flour is sieved with salt, sugar and baking soda. The kidney counter is ground through the meat machine and mixed in. The dough is kneaded together with the water, rolled out on a floured table to a surface that is 25x35 cm. Melted butter is ironed, then pickled berries or raisins. The roulades are rolled together on the narrow joint and put into a lubricated, oblong sand cake form, covered with a very close lid of several layers of parchment or aluminum foil. Roly-Poly budding is steamed in the oven for 1 1/2 hour to 150 gr. Gently turn it on a dish and serve hot with the juice of the jam or marmalade sauce.
