Instructions for Roller Sausage 02
To prepare the Roller Sausage 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Roll the pork or the pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, almonds, cloves, garlic and gelantine in powder. Raw onions are chopped and sprinkled on, approx. 2 large onions, all rounded, as many of the spices are cooked out of the meat.
The rolling pole is rolled together and wrapped with cotton thread, tight.
Brown on all sides and then add 1½ water, a few onions, carrots and leeks, salt in the water. Boil for 1½ hours.
Cool and possibly. Pressed in a roll sausage press but is not necessary. Leave the fridge for the next day and you'll have a nice roll of sausages for rye bread served with cloud and raw onions. Can be cut before freezing.
