To prepare the Roasted Capon (Capon) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Kapunerne istandgøres and ituskæres. Fat Brown quite easily, and the shredded onion Brown herein together with pieces of meat. White wine is added, and at very low heat mørnes the meat ½-¾ hour now. The cream is added, and the cleaned mushrooms cooked with ca. 10 minutes. Be smoothed over with a little flour. Salt and pepper are added to last quite awhile.
The meat can be cooked in fat without Brown and the sauce then becomes rather like a bechamel sauce. The onion can be omitted.
