To prepare the Roast beef w/grønærte puree recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brown rinse on a hot pan in a little butter. Season it with salt and pepper and roast it in the oven at 180 gr until the Center temperature is 60-62 gr (ca. 30 min.)-let the rest 10 min.
Sauté løgterninger in a little butter. They cooked and mixed peas came in, add the crushed garlic and lemon balm. Season with salt and pepper to taste and lemon juice.
Served with pillekartofler and grated horseradish.
