1 | Knell chili | |
1 | tbsp | Sugar |
1.5 | cup | Chicken broth |
2 | tbsp | Vinegar |
2 | tbsp | Light soy sauce |
2 | tbsp | Dark soy sauce (sweet soy) |
2 | tbsp | Celery |
2 | tbsp | Tapioca flour |
200 | g | Lettuce leaves |
300 | g | Minced beef |
500 | g | Wide rice noodles |
Instructions for Rice noodles with beef
To prepare the Rice noodles with beef recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fry the rice noodles with 1/2 tbsp. Dark soy in 2 tbsp. oil. When the noodles are well heat is removed from the heat. Mix the beef with a light soy, curry powder and tapioca flour. It must stand for a moment. Clean the lettuce leaves and cut them into stripes. Put them in the bottom of serving dish. Pour over the noodles. Brown garlic in oil, add the meat as the last FRY until it is enough. Add the broth, celery and sugar. Finally, pour it over the noodles, over sprinkle with coriander. Serve with chilli in vinegar.
