1 | kg | Turkey Breast |
2 | tbsp | Fresh ginger |
2 | tbsp | Turmeric |
2 | tbsp | Curry |
2 | large | Madæble |
2 | bundles | Leek with the Green |
2 | tbsp | Sugar |
4 | dl | Apple juice |
4 | tbsp | Virgin olive oil |
400 | g | Broccoli |
8 | tsp | Maizenamel |
Instructions for Rice fork with turkey
To prepare the Rice fork with turkey recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat a wok with high heat. * Sweat curry with oil.
The turkey breast is cut into smaller mundane pieces and browned on two turns in the oil.
The broccoli is rinsed and divided into small bouquets. The stick is cut off and the nicest is cut into small spells.
The pores are cleaned and cut into fine strips.
The ginger is peeled and cut into small terns.
The apples are peeled and cut into small boats.
Maizenael dissolves in apple juice, sugar, mustard and turmeric and come into the wok for the browned meat. Stir constantly around until it has become thicker.
Broccoli, pears, ginger and apples are included. * Add any. More water or apple juice if the dish becomes too thick.
The casserole is cooked under low approx. 10 minutes.
Serve with rice boiled with 2 teaspoons. Turmeric and small bowls with eg. Raisins, roasted coconut flour, pickled garlic, fried shrimp, fried bananas, peanuts and mandarin fillets, and mango chutney, chilli sauce and curry paste.

bananas:
Cut the peeled bananas into slices and shake them briefly in a little oil filled with curry.
Prawns:
Turn the prawns briefly into slightly warm oil, add tomato paste.
coconut:
Turn it short on the forehead until it gets crisp.
