To prepare the Rhubarb mousse 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
The rhubarbs are cut into smaller pieces and boiled in water added to sugar. Pure the rhubarb mixture or place it in the blender. Knead the soaked leaves blend out of water and place them directly in the koghede rhubarb purée while stirring - the house blossom melts immediately. Let the bog swallow. Whip egg whites and whipped cream sticks. Turn both into the rhubarb puree, but save a little whipped cream for decoration. Put it in a bowl or serving glass and leave it cold for serving.
