500 | g | Beef, chopped roughly 16% fat |
Instructions for Real Indian food
To prepare the Real Indian food recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel and tear the carrots. Cut the cabbage into smaller pieces. Chop the onions.
Season onion + paprika in margarine, add the meat and brown it well. Add the water and the cabbage and let it boil under the lid approx. 10 min. Add the cracked carrots and possibly. More fluid. Add the soya and cook for about 15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Can eat as an independent dish or with flutes or rice
