10 | dl | White wine vinegar |
1000 | g | Ripe raspberry |

To prepare the Raspberry Vinegar recipe, please follow these instructions:
Carefully pick out raspberries and discard all berries with the slightest suggestion of mold. Place the berries in a large porcelain bowl. Beat the sugar into the vinegar. Pour the mixture over the supports. Stir well with a wooden box. Put a dish and leave the mixture for 2 days.
Now, let it go through a piece of fabric. Squeeze the fruit as much juice as possible. Put the berry in a bowl and pour boiling water over it, barely covering the berries. Stir well and let it cool. Say again through a piece of fabric. Take care to get the most out of it. Mix this liquid with the vinegar mixture and discard the berries.
Now add yeast and cover the bowl loosely. Let the mixture bubble loose. When the vinegar is completely fermented, the vinegar is poured and poured into bottles.
