200 | g | Sugar |
225 | g | Wheat flour |
300 | g | Raspberry jam |

To prepare the Raspberry cake with cocoa-coconut meringues recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough: butter, egg yolks and sugar are beaten together. Flour and baking powder is stirred into the Dough come together with your hands and pressed; out in a small baking pan (approx 23x33 cm) lined with baking paper.
Fill: Hindbærmarameladen distributed on the dough.
Meringue: Beat egg whites stiff, sugar in half and it whipped stiff. Add the desiccated coconut and cocoa powder and toss it together. Wide marengsen out on the cake.
Bake about 60 minutes at 160 degrees c. alm. oven.
Tips:
Let the cake be cold before it cut out. Be made if necessary. the day before it is to be eaten.
